Our founder, Bee, launched Little Guests after 15 years of experience in early childhood care, event coordination, and a deep appreciation for what it means to make families feel truly supported during life's most meaningful celebrations.

Our founder first envisioned Little Guests during her own wedding season — a time when she realized how much parents wanted to celebrate fully while knowing their children were not just supervised, but genuinely cared for in a space of their own.

Having attended weddings where children went unattended, where parents left early, and where couples spent their reception managing little ones instead of their guests, she knew there was a better way. Little Guests is her answer to that.

Everything you need to know about working with Little Guests.

Yes. Every Little Guests caregiver is required to pass a comprehensive background check before joining our team. This is non-negotiable. We maintain updated screening records and never place unchecked caregivers at an event.

Yes. CPR and First Aid certification is required for all of our caregivers. We track certification expiration dates and require renewal before caregivers can continue working with us. You can ask to see current certificates at any time.

Yes. We offer dedicated infant specialist support as an add-on to any package. Our infant specialists have specific experience with newborns and babies under 12 months, including feeding support, soothing, and sleep routines. A 1:1 caregiver-to-infant ratio is always maintained.

Caregiver ratios are determined by the number and ages of children. As a guideline, we maintain a 1:3–4 ratio for children ages 3 and up, and 1:1–2 for infants and toddlers. This will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal.

Absolutely. We'll coordinate with your planner or venue to identify the appropriate care space — whether that's a separate room, a designated area, or a quiet lounge — and ensure children are settled and supervised from the moment guests arrive.

Yes. Every service includes age-appropriate activities. Our Joyful Gathering and Happily Ever After packages feature curated activity stations — crafts, games, sensory play, and themed setups. Each tier builds on the one before it with more immersive, elevated experiences.

We coordinate a clear parent communication protocol before the event begins. Parents are given our direct contact and we have theirs. If a child needs to be reunited with a parent, we communicate immediately and handle the transition calmly and discreetly.

Our caregivers are CPR and First Aid certified and trained to respond calmly. We maintain an emergency protocol for every event, including venue address, parent contacts, and known medical conditions. We always contact parents immediately and, if necessary, request emergency services.

Yes. We serve weddings across Georgia and are available for destination events beyond state lines. A travel fee applies for events outside the greater Atlanta area. Please include your venue location in your inquiry.

It begins with your inquiry. Once we receive your form, we follow up within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary consultation. After that, we send a custom proposal. Upon acceptance and a 50% deposit, your date is confirmed.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date within 12 months with written notice of 30 days or more. Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the full deposit. Please reach out directly to discuss your situation.

Yes. Little Guests carries professional liability insurance appropriate for event childcare services. Proof of insurance can be provided to venues or planners upon request.
